A Great Food Pairing with our Cakebread Dancing Bear Ranch Cabernet

9 TBS Butter
1 TBS Olive Oil
1 Onion
2 TSP Fresh Thyme
Salt
2 1/2 Cups Flour
2 TSP Baking Powder
1 Egg
2/3 Cup Milk
1/2 Cup Walnuts
5 OZ Blue Cheese
