This video is from a guy named Gary Vaynerchuk. He produces an online video show called Wine Library TV. He produces wine videos five times every week. Some of his videos are quite long, but the one below is only about 10 minutes and talks about the process he uses to taste wine. Enjoy.

Diplomat Holiday Hours and New Year Plans
Merry Christmas everyone! Just wanted to let you know about the hours we'll be keeping over the holidays.
Christmas Eve we will be open for lunch as well as our normal evening hours.
We will be closed Christmas Day and Boxing Day. Regular hours will be in effect starting December 27.
New Years Eve is always a great night at The Diplomat. We are accepting reservations throughout the evening and are filling up fast. For those of you looking to make plans, we do have a couple suggestions. If you are planning to go out later in the evening, perhaps you might be interested in kicking your night off with a great meal at The Diplomat before heading out to your final destination. If you're looking for a place to ring in the New Year, make a reservation with us for around 9 pm and stay the night! We'd be glad to have you as our first guests of 2008.
